Privacy Notice and Release Agreement

I hereby allow Jacksonville Rowing Club, Inc. to include my personal information collected by the club which will be accessible only by other JRC website members, which consists of JRC Masters, Youth Program participants, Youth and Masters’ coaches and Youth parents, on this website or the iCrew app.  The personal information made available is limited to name, phone number and e-mail address.  I also hereby allow Jacksonville Rowing Club, Inc. to post any pictures taken of me in either the public or private section of this website or on social media, such as Facebook or Instagram. 

I and/or any family member will not hold liable the club, any officers, and/or members and guests for any damage that might be caused by this information. I hereby have the right to have the information removed from this website or iCrew, within a reasonable amount of time, by stating in writing (or mail) to the current President of the club and to the website administrator via email at [email protected].

 I understand that membership in the Jacksonville Rowing Club is not conditioned upon the availability of my personal information to website members via the club’s website or iCrew.
