Learn to Row Program

JRC’s Learn to Row Program is designed for the beginner.  We teach you the essentials of rowing in a small class environment.  No prior rowing experience is necessary.  By the end of this 18-hour course, you will have firsthand experience of what rowing is about.

The month long course provides 18 hours of instruction on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Classes are for adults only.

The cost for the course is $150.  It includes instruction, equipment and insurance.

The course is designed for novices, but people interested in returning to rowing after a long absence might also find the course helpful.

Prerequisite: Proficiency in swimming. You are required to know how to swim and be comfortable in the water.

Class is limited to 16 participants, so sign up to reserve your spot.

Time: 9:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
